Who We Are

JEC Electrical is an electrical installation company run by Jason Clitherow. Qualified and working to the 18th IET Wiring Regulations BS 7671:2018

We are based in Deddington, North Oxfordshire and work throughout Oxfordshire and South Northants.

JEC Electrical is fully insured with £5,000,000.00 Public liability insurance and £300,000.00 Professional indemnity insurance.

As an apprentice Jason worked within many sectors of the electrical industry including: domestic, commercial and agricultural.

Moving on, Jason started sub-contracting, working in London and the south east of England, working on contracts such as Barclays bank and the Jubilee line extension. Then after a couple of months of working in Italy, Spain and France he felt the time was right to set up his own electrical contracting business. Taking on electrical projects such as hotels and high end residential refurbishments.

Our electrical projects have an understanding of how important lighting design can be. Jason has even done a couple talks at the 'Grand Designs Live' at the Birmingham NEC.

Being members of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) we keep up to date with the latest regulations and innovations. Keeping us up on our toes!

Bass Player...

One of Jason's hobbies is playing the bass in the band 'The Lilyhammers'

If you look closely you can spot him playing bass in a photograph in Guy Martin's new book 'Job's a Good 'Un'
